Douglas has more than 29 years of experience including Design, Construction, Development & Planning of residential & commercial structures. He is the owner of DMC Associates, LLC and responsible for more than 500,000 SF of construction.

Trained with World famous Architects and Designers including, Arata Isozaki in Tokyo, Elemer Zalotay in Berne & Juan Montoya in New York
Published in several architectural journals, including Architectural Record, Space Design & L'Arca
Served as Visiting Critic for Architectural Review at Columbia University. Placed on the United Nations Roster of Technical Experts under Urban Housing Design, Public Buildings and Energy Conservation in Buildings.

Will (Wael) Alesawy

Will has more than 26 years of experience including Multi-Projects Programs with constructed value over $1.5B, including Master Planning, Conceptual Programming, Project Controls, Design and Construction Management.

He is responsible for overall project deliverables and managing the constraints of the project (schedule/financials/customer requirements).
He is an expert in the use of FIDIC/AIA Contracts, CAD, standard Microsoft Office and document control systems, and is well versed with the latest project management software and reporting systems.

Trained in Hazwoper 40 hour training, OSHA, 2002 and site safety manager, New York City Department of Buildings
Experience in all types of LEED's certification requirements, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO)
Implemented a wide range of project delivery methods such as design-bid-build, design-build, construction manager at risk/agency, and build operate and transfer (BOT)
AIA member.
